Accreditation Certificate for the CME provider

A CME activity receives an Accreditation Certificate following the successful completion of all accreditation requirements. The provider obtains EBAC accreditation for each registered activity. The accreditation allows the CME activity to carry the official EBAC Accreditation Statement and logo.

This CME activity is now in compliance with internationally recognised European CME standards in cardiology.

The participating physicians receive an Attendance Certificate delivered by the CME provider, which indicates the CME credits he or she has earned by participating in this event. These CME credits can be reported to national CME authorities.

Use of the EBAC accreditation statement and the EBAC logo are only authorised to appear on Attendance Certificates of the accredited CME activity.

Abusive use of the EBAC name and logo can result in legal pursuit.

Promotion and the use of EBAC logo

The CME provider that will receive the EBAC Accreditation Certificate will be allowed to use the EBAC name and logo on its promotional materials. Abusive use of EBAC name and logo can give the reason to legal pursuits.

  Fee for accreditation

The CME providers will be charged fees by EBAC to cover incurred administration and running costs of the accreditation service. CME providers will receive their Accreditation Certificate after the appropriate fees for the accredited activity have been received by EBAC.
